These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Field SFA platform, including the Field Pro mobile app and web dashboard (the “Service”), provided by Helloapps Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”).
Accounts
The Service is provided to business customers (“Customers”). Access is granted to authorized employees (“Users”) by the Customer. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for activity under their account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data outside your organization, reverse-engineering the Service, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of the data they enter. We process that data to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the agreement between us and the Customer.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Field features are designed to work offline and sync when connectivity is available.
Fees
Fees, billing and subscription terms are set out in the commercial agreement between us and the Customer.
Termination
Either party may terminate access in accordance with the commercial agreement. On termination, we will make Customer data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our liability is limited as set out in the commercial agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to Customers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
